Marcilo®

We have a wide range of ready made shoes and suits with all sizes, and we also make pieces to your measurements. You can contact us for availability of design.

Step 1:

Place an order of the piece you like on the website. Ready to Wear pieces ship within 2-3 working days. Made to Order pieces (marked "Pre-order") are made to your measurements and delivered in 7-9 working days.

Step 2:

For Made to Order pieces, our team takes your measurements on WhatsApp after you order. For Ready to Wear pieces, our customer representative will contact you if we need to confirm your size.

Step 3:

We do not offer COD services in Pakistan. 100% advance payment will be required at the time of order placement, for both Ready to Wear and Made to Order.

Delivery across Pakistan is free.

Exchange & Returns

Marcilo® offers a customer friendly exchange and return policy. What applies to you depends on whether your piece is Ready to Wear or Made to Order.

Ready to Wear

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the product received is faulty. To qualify, the return must be requested within 7 days of delivery/purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.

Exchange Policy

1 : Size can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. (ONLY IF NOT USED)
(Invoice would be required)

2: Design can also be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Made to Order

Made to Order pieces are made after you order, to your measurements, so please confirm your measurements carefully with our team on WhatsApp before we start making your piece.

If your piece arrives faulty, or is not made as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will review it with care.

For a size or design exchange on a Made to Order piece, please contact our team. We will review every request with care and consideration.

How to request a return or exchange

1: Contact us on WhatsApp or at info@marcilo.ca within 7 days of delivery.

2: Send your order number, and a few photos if the piece is faulty.

3: Our team will confirm the next steps with you.
